Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of instapatch.co.uk and any order you place with us. Instapatch is a brand of Allbase Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 09611962, VAT number GB221452939, at Cutter Mill, Tileyard North, Wakefield, WF1 5FY. By placing an order you accept these terms.
Ordering and contract
When you place an order we will send an acknowledgement by email. A contract is formed only when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot verify your details.
Pricing and VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery is free on all UK orders. We take care to price correctly, but if we find a genuine pricing error we will contact you before processing the order.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your order is processed once payment is authorised.
Delivery
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our delivery and returns page for full details.
Cancellation and returns
As a consumer you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions set out in our returns policy. Because the product cures permanently, returns are accepted only on unopened items in their original packaging.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not liable for the results of using the product outside its instructions, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. It is your responsibility to assess suitability for your particular repair.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
