This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use instapatch.co.uk, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. Instapatch is a brand of Allbase Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 09611962, VAT number GB221452939, at Cutter Mill, Tileyard North, Wakefield, WF1 5FY.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you place an order or contact us. This includes your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you provide one, and the details of your enquiry or order. We do not store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe.

- To process and deliver your order
- To respond to enquiries and provide support
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
- To send product news, only if you have opted in
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for seven years to meet HMRC requirements. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to deal with your query. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Supabase for account and order data, and our courier through our manufacturing partner for delivery. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@instapatch.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
