Delivery and returns
Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched promptly, and we will email you when your order is on its way. Delivery timescales are estimates and depend on the carrier.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason. To cancel, contact us at orders@instapatch.co.uk with your order number.
Returns conditions
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Because Instapatch cures permanently once exposed to light, we cannot accept opened patches
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage
- We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund within 14 days, to the original payment method. The refund covers the price of the goods. Original delivery was free, so there is nothing to refund there.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within a reasonable time and we will put it right with a full refund or a replacement at our cost. Please keep the packaging and send a photo if you can, as it helps us resolve things quickly.
